I hope this newsletter finds you and your family doing well. The federal eviction ban is ending on July 31st, which means landlords will be able to move forward with evictions starting August 1st. With this in mind, here are a few important resources for anyone out there struggling to pay the rent:

If You Are Facing Eviction: Consider contacting a local legal aid organization by CLICKING HERE. Remember – if you are served with an eviction suit, you only have 5 business days to file your answer with the court. This 5-day deadline starts to run from the date you are personally served with the eviction suit.
