Good Evening!
I hope this newsletter finds you and your family doing well.
The recent condo collapse in Surfside has opened the eyes of people all across this state to the desperate need to reform our laws regulating homeowners associations and condominium associations.
We are looking to form a non-profit advocacy group to fight for changes to these laws, with a great emphasis on placing a cap on the attorney’s fees that associations can collect against homeowners and condo owners in this state.
This will be our second meeting and will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams (basically, the Microsoft version of Zoom) on August 4, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. EST. To participate, respond to this email with your name and we will email you a link for the Microsoft Teams virtual meeting. Please also share this invitation with your friends and family who may wish to join this important cause.
We invite you to be a part of the solution and to join our efforts to create this positive change in our state. It’s long overdue.
I look forward to seeing you at the meeting!
Best Regards,
Ryan C. Torrens, Esq.
